What data and why

When you place an order we keep your name, email, phone number and delivery address to prepare and deliver it, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet our tax obligations. The legal basis is the sales contract and our legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take the payment. We never see your card details.
• Correos, to deliver your parcel.
• Technical providers that host the shop and our email (Supabase in Ireland, Cloudflare and Zoho).

How long

Order data is kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
