Shipping

We ship with Correos within mainland Spain. The price depends on the size of the parcel:

• Small (clothing, accessories, parts): €6.00
• Medium (wheels, frames): €6.00
• Bike: ask us for a quote

For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain, please email us at [email protected] before ordering.

Free pickup

You can collect your order free of charge at K-Bikes Workshop, Plaza Diputación 3 bajo, 46360 Buñol (Valencia). We will email you when it is ready.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason, including pre-owned products.

• Email us with your order number.
• The product must be unused, complete and in its packaging.
• Return shipping is at your expense, unless you bring it in person to K-Bikes Workshop.
• We refund you within 14 days using the same payment method, once we have received and checked the product.

If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay for the return shipping.

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
