Warranty

All new products come with a 3-year legal warranty. Pre-owned products come with a 1-year warranty, and their condition is stated on each product page.

The warranty covers defects the product had when it was delivered. It does not cover normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chains, cassettes…), impacts, crashes or incorrect fitting.

To make a claim, email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the problem.
